Three day course on "Systems Project Management"
Audience: This course is designed for technical leaders within your organization who need a detailed
understanding of project management techniques.
Content: Specifically directed at the systems/software development process. Introduction to project
management. Project phasing. Scope management. Time management. Cost management. Quality management. HR
management. Communication. Risk management. Procurement. This course contains a substantial exercise that
enables participants to develop project management documents for all stages of the system/software lifecycle.
